Documents and access
Identity documents are stored privately and limited to authorised Timla’s Auto staff involved in verification.
Payment providers
Payments are handled by an approved third-party provider. Timla’s Auto does not store card numbers or CVV details.
Retention and rights
Information is retained only as required for rentals, legal obligations and legitimate business records. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
